1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
The product is defective or damaged.
You received the wrong item.
The saree doesn’t match its description.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Sarees that are worn, washed, or altered.
Final sale or clearance items.
Customized or made-to-order sarees.
3. Return Process
Contact us at support@somila.in or via WhatsApp within 7 days.
Our team will verify and arrange pickup (where available).
Once received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Refunds
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for a different saree, mention it in your return request (subject to stock availability).
6. Damaged Packages
If your parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, please photograph it and contact us immediately.
