2. Product Accuracy & Digital Representation (Important)

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please acknowledge the following specifics regarding our imagery:

  • AI & Digital Visualization: Some product images on this website may be digitally generated, enhanced, or modeled using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to assist customers in visualizing the drape, pattern, and scale of the saree. While the design and color profile are matched to the physical product, strictly speaking, the image is an artistic representation.

  • Texture & Sheen: The actual fabric texture, sheen, and fall may vary slightly from the digital or studio-lit images.

  • Color Variations: Colors may appear different on various screens (mobile vs. desktop) due to resolution and brightness settings. Minor color variations between the screen image and the actual product are normal and are not considered defects.

3. Handloom & Powerloom Disclaimer

Many of our products are traditional Handloom or Powerloom weaves.

  • Inherent Irregularities: You may notice slight irregularities in the weave, thread continuity, or print alignment. These are not defects; they are the hallmarks of authentic manufacturing processes and confirm the non-industrial nature of the product.

  • Returns: We do not accept returns based solely on these inherent manufacturing characteristics or minor color differences.

4. Blouse Pieces

Unless explicitly marked as “Ready-to-Wear” or “Stitched,” all sarees include an unstitched blouse piece (attached to the saree length).

  • Modeling: Any stitched blouse shown on a model in our product photos is for styling and visualization purposes only. The actual blouse piece provided will be the unstitched fabric matching the saree.

5. Orders & Payments

  • Acceptance: Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. Our acceptance of your order is confirmed only when we dispatch the product to you.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Cancellations: Somila reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity). In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. FeelIQ Technologies LLP is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen operational challenges.

  • Inspection: Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery. If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the shipment and contact us immediately at sales@somila.in.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy is separate from these Terms but forms an integral part of them.

  • Returns are only accepted for genuine defects or wrong products delivered.

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images (both real and AI-generated), audio clips, and software, is the property of FeelIQ Technologies LLP or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

  • You may not extract, re-utilize, or use our saree designs or images for commercial purposes without express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeelIQ Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Somila.in or the purchase of our products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes indicates your agreement to the new Terms.
